1. Pairs decide which animal topic they will do for their "Animalation" animation/interactive story/game project.
2. Students use Google and other internet resources to search for some basic information to include in their projects, though they may also use prior knowledge.
3. Using paper and markers, students plan at least a 3 scene story, but students should strive to create upwards of ten scenes.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Animation project will have at least 3 scene transitions.
- There should be some interaction required to move the story forward (i.e. pressing the space bar, moving a sprite, making a selection, etc.).
- The animation/story/game should include factual information about an animal topic; however it should also be fun and creative.
- Include a project description and directions in "project notes."
